Job Purpose
The Network Planning & Scheduling team is responsible for strategic and operational decisions related to LEVEL’s long-haul network based in Barcelona. We are at an exciting stage in the airline’s growth, leading our network expansion through aircraft evaluation, fleet planning, and the development of new markets.
We design and optimize flight schedules with a focus on operational feasibility and reliability. By analyzing revenue and cost performance across our routes, we ensure the optimal deployment of capacity to maximize network profitability.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Design and develop a profitable and resilient LEVEL network in close cooperation with the Commercial and Scheduling teams.
- Analyze the short- and medium-term network to identify and propose changes that enhance profitability and performance.
- Conduct analysis to improve network connectivity and coordinate implementation with key stakeholders.
- Monitor the competitive landscape through analysis of capacity, market share, and traffic flows.
- Coordinate and identify cargo opportunities within LEVEL’s network.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses on operational and commercial data to generate actionable insights.
- Contribute to the innovation of processes, data, and modelling. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Education
Degree in Engineering, Economics, Airline Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial and data analysis with strong modelling skills.
- Previous experience in airline roles, particularly within Network, Strategy, or Planning functions (desirable).
- Ability to develop analytical methodologies to address specific business questions.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Sabre Air Vision Schedule Manager (desirable).
