Job Purpose

The Administration Intern at LEVEL will support the company's administrative and financial processes, working closely with the team to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. The intern will assist in activities related to Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), Record to Report (RtR), Revenues, and Treasury, contributing to operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive intern based in Barcelona to support our Administration team with daily operations and ongoing projects related to financial and administrative processes.

 Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Support day-to-day administrative and financial operations.
• Assist in processes such as Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (OTC), Record to Report (RtR), Revenue, and Treasury.
• Help with invoice management, data entry, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate on internal reporting and documentation tasks.
• Gain exposure to internal controls and compliance procedures.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.

Education

• Currently in the final year of a degree or recently graduated in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
