Job Purpose

 At LEVEL we are looking for Crew Controllers who will be part in the Crew Operations Centre. Reporting to the Crew Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for both Pilot and Cabin Crew resourcing on a day-to-day basis, to ensure a reliable punctual operation.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Ensure that crew resources (both Pilot and Cabin Crew) are managed in the most efficient and cost effective way, in compliance with documented statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Handle operational incidents including: aircraft rerouting, low staffing, disruptions, other situations as they present requiring crewing solutions.
• Maintain and develop a professional standard of relations with Crew, other Line Departments and fellow team members.
• Have a working knowledge of crew agreements and roster policies.
• Participate in Operations Control projects where required.
• Support functions of Crew Control and provide cover where needed.
• Prioritize safety and punctuality in all crew and operation decisions.
• Actively participate in the tasks required for the start-up of the operation (manuals, documentation, data, software, etc.).
• Other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Crew Operations.

Education

Studies related to aeronautics will be highly valued.

Experience

Crew Controller or similar position and knowledge of the AIMS crewing system, will be an asset. 

Competencies

• Working under pressure, team work and lead skills.
• Flexible, decisive and rigorous. Also functional and strict following procedures.
• Analytic profile with attention to details.
• Desired but not a must: At least 1 year experience as a Crew Controller or similar position and knowledge of the AIMS crewing system.
